Dear Friend of Hope Fest Arizona!

Get ready…the date is set -- HOPE FEST Arizona 2019 – the 8th Annual happens Saturday, September 28th. Prescott’s beautiful Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza will once again come alive as thousands will enjoy music, guest speakers, a multitude of connections and community services, as part of the HOPE Serves Family Resource Fair, the FREE amusements in the Family Fun Zone, and a bright-n-shiny Car & Motorcycle Show!

Last year was the very best HOPE FEST Arizona yet! We witnessed a constant, steady flow of more than 6,000 guests throughout the entire day. The event’s name recognition has grown within our community along with our dedicated mission to serve: The Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, and the vulnerable of Yavapai County. Documented survey results and endorsement responses indicate guests are engaged to improve our community. They see the Festival as a way to be actively involved locally.

Here are a few results from HOPE FEST 2018: 130 Service Providers; 60+ Volunteers; the Veteran Family Service Area assisted over 550 families; DES Arizona @ Work – 3 divisions focused on Job Services and Child Support Services; United Blood Services Blood Drive 150% of goal; record numbers of Gift of Warmth donations of cold weather clothing. The Fostering Hope Award 2018 winner, Yavapai Territorial Gospel Rescue Mission, received $1,000 award in support of serving homeless women and children. The Family Fun Zone and the Car & Motorcycle Show, largest in the Festival’s history, attracted over 1000 guests. The complete list of 2018 results can be viewed here Accomplishments Report  also see the full 2018 Contributor List.

Our passion for 2019 is to go deeper in purpose, services offered, and to be better agents of change. We are exploring new avenues to build our capacity to ultimately serve more people and support healthy families. Our desire is for God’s love to be demonstrated through caring, relevant services that lead to revived lives right here, in our own community. Change IS Possible!

The theme for this year’s community outreach is “Extravagant Transformation!”  Lasting change only happens from the inside out, so let our words and actions reflect His extravagant lavish love, grace, mercy and kindness. True light, unending goodness, never-fading hope – Extravagant Transformation!

"It was a wonderful 'hope filled' day and many I spoke with were so appreciative of the love they felt throughout the event day. You had a great team working with you and it was obvious everyone cared about recovery and helping others no matter what their station in life. It was an honor to participate."
