This year's Headline music artist 7eventh Time Down is an American Christian rock band from Mount Vernon, Kentucky. They have released five full-length albums and two Christmas EPs. Their biggest radio single is "God Is on the Move," which stayed at No. 1 for five weeks.

They pull from the best of timeless bands such as Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Doors, AC/DC and even Johnny Cash, infusing a raucous yet carefully-crafted musical landscape with lyrics that shoot straight-from-the-hip.

Since the release of their 2011 BEC Recordings debut album, "Alive in You", the members of 7eventh Time Down have proven to be skilled at sharing well-written songs that combine substantive lyrics with engaging melodies and infectious rock 'n roll attitude----skills the Kentucky-based musicians have been developing for a long time.

Music has a way of bringing life into sharper focus and reminding us what's truly important and real in a chaotic world. Insightful songs have always provided the foundation of 7EVENTH TIME DOWN's ministry, and the band has never sounded more powerful or prophetic than on their new album GOD IS ON THE MOVE.

"GOD IS ON THE MOVE is a rallying cry. It's encouraging, empowering," says lead vocalist Mikey Howard. "I hope it's a reminder that we're all in this together and He is doing things in spite of all the negativity you see on the news, Facebook, Instagram and different media outlets. There's a whole other story to be told."

"The takeaway for me in this record is that God is always faithful. He's always in motion. He's always got a plan going. We can jump on board and be a part of that, knowing that it's going to be scary at times. It's going to be an adventure, but it's going to be a story worth telling. He's always going to pull you through until the very end. For me that says it all---He fulfills His promises every time."

7EVENTH TIME DOWN songs "The One I'm Running To," "Only King Forever," "Lean On" "The 99" "Promises" "Just Say Jesus" and the band's most recent 2021 EP release "I'm Free" and so many more.

Kenyon Grey is a Christian national recording artist with influences in, Rock, Adult Contemporary and Country.  He grew up in his dad's church as a bass guitarist and background singer on the worship team. As a local firefighter, he continued to write and perform music.  He signed with two record labels and one music production/promotion agency on Music Row in Nashville. He’s worked with several record producers in LA and Nashville, including a Grammy Award winner with Curb Records. His music has received tremendous reviews and write ups and debuted at #83 on the CCMA/HMG charts, playing on 1500 radio stations in 31 states across America.

Kenyon’s first release “Palm Sunday” is a cross genre CCM/POP/ROCK tune about Jesus’s Triumphant Entry into Jerusalem.  Currently playing on radio worldwide, and reviews are terrific across the board, comparing “Palm Sunday” to hits like “Wherever You Will Go” by The Calling and “Wonderwall” by Oasis, but with an updated modern feel.

Kenyon is debuting his second release “Ordinary World”! Another cross genre CCM/POP/ROCK tune and the reviews are fantastic.

  • “Ordinary World could be the best Christian POP/ROCK song of 2021!” ― Thomas ‘T-Bone’ Demman, Son Song Studios, Las Vegas

  • "When a person operates in the authentic Christian faith, their encouraging spirit shines through in all they do. Kenyon’s music shares that faith through his songs. When you listen, you connect to faith, you connect to the kingdom of God, and you connect to Jesus. Inspirational and anointed, his music will bless you." ― David Spoon, KAAM Radio.

  • “With great lyrics, great vocals, great instrumentation and production, I believe Kenyon Grey will be a force to be reckoned with in the Christian music genre.” ― Arden Edgell, @Rock-n-Revival Radio KRIM FM 96.3

“…I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” Jeremiah 31:33

Covenant: a formal and serious agreement or promise.

Husband and wife, Patrick and Heather Eddolls, have led corporate worship for over 15 years. In the midst of serving their local church, God began to give songs to Patrick that the couple felt were intended to reach an audience beyond the four walls of their congregation. Stepping out in faith, the couple pursued the Lord’s leadership and teamed with drummer Joshua Eddolls, lead guitarist Dave Schreiber, and bass player Ashley Eddolls to form Covenant 31, a name inspired by Jeremiah 31:31-34 "and the new covenant the Lord established with His people. This passage has become the foundation for the mission of Covenant 31, committed to sharing with listeners the message of hope through songs.

Since their formation in 2008, God has been very faithful to Covenant 31 and their pursuit of His call upon their music and ministry. God has opened doors for the band to tour extensively across Arizona and California, including performances to tens of thousands at the Rage Christian Music Festival, Spirit West Coast Monterey and Del Mar and at the 2012 Rock and Worship Roadshow tour stop in Phoenix, after being named the Arizona “Battle of the Bands” winner by MercyMe. Since 2008, Covenant 31 has played with artists MercyMe, LeCrae, Hawk Nelson, Disciple, and Sidewalk Prophets. Covenant 31 teamed with Matt Maher at a Celebrate Recovery event in September 2013. Read more, here

Special Guest Speaker Desmond Doss Jr. will share his father’s life and legacy. The US Army medic Desmond T. Doss was the first conscientious objector awarded the Medal of Honor by President Harry S. Truman for single-handedly saving the lives of more than 75 of his comrades while under heavy enemy fire during the brutal battle for a 400-foot-high ridge, the Maeda Escarpment (Hacksaw Ridge), on Okinawa in War World II. Guided by his faith, particularly the commandment ‘thou shalt not kill’, he never fired a gun. He was scorned by his peers. The Army repeatedly tried to kick him out, but he endured ridicule because he wanted to serve his country. Fellow soldiers who previously scoffed at Desmond’s simple faith and refusal to bear arms – now owed their lives to him.

Jeffrey Cordon, VP of the Desmond Doss Foundation will be with us on Sept. 11.

BEHIND THE BRUSH - Vanessa Horabuena is a self-taught artist whose creative talent was discovered in the very midst of her deepest pain.  As a teenager, she would sketch, but by her early 20's, Vanessa had both shut down in her personal life as well as in her creativity.  At the age of 27, Vanessa sought help from a gifted counselor who gently guided her through her past wounds.  As the shackles and chains of her past were released and she began to live in this freedom, the desire to create and express returned.  Within a month and a half of counseling, she sat down to paint for the first time.  In only 2 1/2 hours, she had finished a portrait painting of Bob Marley.  Overnight, Vanessa Horabuena became a full-time artist.  She now seeks to help others live vibrantly from a place of freedom, embracing all that God has put inside of them.  Her art speaks powerfully to the hearts of men and women, encouraging them to live abundantly in all that God has called them to. Vanessa is the Official HOPE FEST Arizona artist.
